As a dedicated hobbyist, I truly do this for the love of crafting and helping others realize their unique vision. Because of this, I strive to keep the "cost to create" as low as possible, primarily covering the expenses involved in making your one-of-a-kind item.
Understanding the "Cost to Create"
When you commission a personalized gift from me, your payment helps cover the essential resources involved in making your item perfect. This includes:

Materials: Threads, specific types of vinyl, transfer paper, and the blank items themselves (e.g., shirts, mugs, towels).

Machine Upkeep: Ink for various printers (DTF, sublimation), maintenance for my heat presses, and upkeep for the embroidery machine.

Consumables: Needles, specialized tapes, and other supplies.

Electric for heat press, printers, embroidery machine, etc.
My goal is to offer you beautifully crafted, personalized items without the markups of a large business. I genuinely enjoy the process of making your creative dreams come true!
Ordering & Payment Information
Due to the unique and personalized nature of each item, I kindly request cash or Venmo payment up front before beginning your project. This ensures that the materials are covered for your custom piece.
To maintain the quality and personal attention given to each project, I can only accept orders with a limit of two items at a time. Since this is a hobby, I do not buy supplies in bulk, which is another reason for this limit.
Turnaround Time & Product Availability
Once you provide your design or picture, most personalized items can be completed and ready for local pickup in 3 days, assuming I have the necessary blank product available.
If I don't currently have the specific product you need (e.g., a particular size shirt, a specific type of mug), I can usually get it quickly from Amazon. If you're not in a rush, just let me know, and we can plan accordingly!
